I rest my chicken, cut in some vegetables such as carrots, onions and garlic, remove the cooking the chicken from the roasting tray and remove fat in the pan was too much heat and an adhesive wine and a spoonful of caramelized bits of scratch and the Chuck Reduce wine by 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour to add some values and reduce until thickened, then through a sieve.
or you can use the so-called butter kneaded to add to thicken the separation is equal to soft butter and flour mixture and beat each version of bakery flour just a piece of the size of a quarter of a semester or a golf ball, depending on the level of their decision was if too thick broth
Some herbs such as thyme or rosemary would be good
Fun

Thu 3 tablespoons roux, which is equal parts butter and flour.
Then cook the roux in the oven until it begins to form a thick paste. You do not want mass.
Then, while whisking slowly add 2 cups of chicken broth.
Next beat in the medium to low heat until it begins to thicken.
Salt and pepper to taste and finish.

When Fried Chicken, you can see the waste and the use of fat in the pan. Have a good thing for the sauce, is the Wondra flour. It is grainy, making it much less likely to get in order to lump. Read the instructions on the packaging.
